How the grant worksUniko questions
What does the warranty not cover?
To keep the warranty valid, clean the condenser filter regularly. The warranty does not cover:
- wear and tear
- faults caused by water damage, or by a room that is too hot
- a unit that is not standing level, or that was moved or reinstalled by others
- compressor damage caused by a dirty condenser, or by ventilation blocked with plastic or other items
- damage by pests
- wrong use, such as freezing food in a chiller, putting hot soup inside, or making ice from buckets of water
- the self-evaporating kit
