Sanicook automatic cooking machines by Nihon Senjoki, a Fukushima Galilei group company: automatic noodle boilers (gas and electric non-boiling-jet types), a frozen-noodle thaw-cooker, a noodle washing and draining machine and an automatic gyoza cooker. Made in Japan.
The Automated Noodle Boiler is a supported equipment category under Singapore’s Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) for the Food Services sector — up to 50% support for eligible SMEs on a supportable cost of up to S$10,000 per unit. The mandatory specifications on the official directory: the machine can be pre-set so that noodle baskets are lifted out of the boiler automatically, and it holds a minimum of 3 noodle baskets. PSG equipment has no pre-approved vendor list — any vendor may quote — and the application goes on the Business Grants Portal before any payment or deposit is made. The washing, thawing and gyoza machines on this page are not PSG items.
